A new breakfast bar was designed, integrating two new custom-designed wine racks into the base for structure and efficient storage.

The cabinet bases were designed and detailed to work around the profile of the existing wood floor base, limiting demolition. A new granite countertop for the breakfast bar was selected for to match existing granite in the dining room.

New resilient cork flooring was installed in the kitchen.
